高盛首納康哲藥業(00867-HK)「確信買入」名單，上望6.6元

高盛發表研究報告，首予康哲藥業(0867-HK)「買入」的投資評級，同時納入其在亞太區「確信買入」名單之內，予其一年目標價6.6元，此相當預測2011年市盈率25倍，潛在升幅30%。

高盛指，其在行業中具領導位，可受惠於新產品推售及廣泛的銷售渠道，料其2010年至2012年平均盈利的複合增長率達37%。

高盛稱，康哲藥業在內地特種生化醫藥領域具有優勢，其於2009年市佔率約18%，而據市場估計，內地生化醫藥於2009年至2016年的複合增長率達35.7%。

摩通下調東風、廣汽評級至「中性」，合營下月受外資企稅拖累

摩根大通發表研究報告，由於國稅局於下月1日向外資企企業徵收城市維護建設稅(5%)及教育費稅(3%)，料對與外資合營車廠的汽車股造成影響，決定下調東風集團(0489-HK)、廣汽集團(2238-HK)、華晨中國(1114-HK)及敏實集團(0425-HK)的投資評級，均由「增持」降至「中性」，指有關稅項對外資合營企業造成影響，未來稅率仍潛在構成營運的風險。

摩通指，下調東風集團目標價由22元降至18元；降廣汽集團目標價由14元降至11.88元；降華晨中國的目標價由9.6元降至8.3元，並剔出其亞太區「焦點股」名單；下調敏實集團目標價由14.9元降至14.4元。

該行估計，就內地實施上述稅項，決定下調東風集團2011年及2012年盈利預測各10%、降廣汽盈利2011年及2012年盈利預測各17%；降華晨中國2011年及2012年盈利預測各7%及9%；降敏實於2011年及2012年盈利預測各3%。

瑞信發表研究報告，重申對國泰航空「跑贏大市」的投資評級，及上調其目標價由23元升至27元，此相當預測市帳率1.8倍，較其歷史平均值有溢價10%，以反映上調其2011年盈利及股本回報率的預測，而該行指，國泰現水平估值吸引，指其現價只相當企業價值對EBITDAR的5.5倍，仍低於其歷史水平約 21%。

瑞信指，上調國泰航空於2010年及2011年每股盈利預測各8%及18%，各至3.21及3.32元，料2011年股本回報率達24%。

該行料，國泰於2011年具較大彈性的運輸總量，可保證其未來12個月盈利強勁增長，加上香港機場從中期而言，缺乏額外增加的停機坪，相信可緩和國泰未來潛在競爭。

DBS：買入大昌(00088-HK)因估值吸引，調升目標至6.37元

DBS唯高達發表研究報告，重申對大昌「買入」的投資評級，及上調其目標價由6.12元升至6.37元，此較其2011年每股資產淨值折讓50%，潛在升幅16%。

DBS唯高達指，大昌半年純利優於預期，指若撇除6,600萬元的投資資產的撥備虧損因素，其核心盈利可按年升1.11倍至3.89億元。

DBS 指，大昌的成本及營利能力持續改善，並指估值吸引，現價較每股資產淨值大幅折讓55%，而該行料大昌於2011年及2012年每股盈利預測分別為0.72 及0.73元，相當預測2011年市盈率7.6倍，及估計其2011年及2012年每股盈利預測分別為12.1及12.7元。

瑞信調高互太紡織(01382-HK)目標價至5元，指銷售成本控制佳

瑞信發表研究報告，就互太紡織公布截至今年9月底止中期業績，指符合預期，期內純利及收入各升17%及23%，主要受產品銷售升8.2%及銷量增長12%所帶動，因透過良好的成本控制，令淨利潤率達到12.3%水平，符合全年目標12%。

瑞信指，重申對互太紡織「跑贏大市」的投資評級，上調其目標價由4.8元升至5元，此相當預測2012年市盈率7倍，潛在升幅14%。

該行稱，調高互太紡織於2011年及2012年每股盈利預測均1%，分別至0.61及0.71元，指現價相當於預測2011年及2012年市盈率各7.1倍及6.1倍，2011年及2012年息率更達7.7%及9%。

瑞信：市場過份憂慮禁止調升碼頭操作費，推薦兩港口股

瑞信發表研究報告，認為市場對可能禁止調升集裝箱操作費(container handling charges,CHC)過份憂慮，同時預計內地貨櫃調櫃(terminal handling charge,THC)亦將會上升，故維持招商局(0144-HK)及中遠太平洋(1199-HK)為碼頭股行業首選股。

瑞信報告指出，內地中央政府最新的價格控制措施，引發市場憂慮可能禁止碼頭營運商調高集裝箱操作費，但瑞信認為只是市場對是次事件過份憂慮，主要由於上調集裝箱操作費不會對消費物價造成影響，原因是出口貨物的用家是外地；同時本土航線可能會影響本地消費物價，但由於集裝箱操作費佔航線成本2至3%，故相信對物價影響不大。

瑞信估計，碼頭股未來盈利主要動力來自上調集裝箱操作費，該行預計國際航線將會上升5至10%，而本地航線則升10至15%。
